Deep Healing Through IFS: For Clients Who Want More

  • Advanced Training in Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 IFS trainings, each involving about 100 hours of in-depth instruction. Level 1 focuses on understanding and working with the internal “parts” of ourselves, while Level 2 explores relationships and communication with others. IFS is an evidence-based approach that helps improve well-being by fostering self-awareness and harmony between these parts and the Self.

  • My Approach and Expertise

As an integrative therapist, I use a variety of evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s needs. IFS is one of my key tools, especially when clients are ready for deeper, transformational healing. I apply IFS in my private practice and in group therapy settings and continue refining my skills through ongoing training and personal work with certified IFS clinicians. My clinical experience includes treating anxiety, depression, substance use, and other complex challenges.

  • What Makes IFS Different

Unlike traditional talk therapy, IFS focuses on the different internal “parts” that influence how we think, feel, and behave. It helps clients build a compassionate relationship with these parts, leading to deeper self-understanding and lasting change. IFS allows for a more nuanced and healing-focused process that goes beyond surface-level conversation.

  • Why IFS Matters To Me

IFS aligns with my belief that people are more than the labels assigned by family, culture, or society. It offers a clear, research-backed path to healing and growth. Many of my clients find this approach transformative, and I am dedicated to mastering it to provide effective, thoughtful care.
